Overview

No adoption of the International Residential Code (IRC) was found in the municipal code or city website; however, the Texas legislature adopted the 2012 IRC as the state residential code. Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Ann. § 214.212 (IRC) and Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Ann. § 233.153. Anthony, Texas, adopted the 2009 International Building Code (IBC). Anthony, TX, Muni. Code § 15.04.010 (adoption) and Loc.
